Pete Hughes Baseball Camps were created in the summer of 2007 after Pete Hughes was named Head Baseball Coach at Virginia Tech. Coach Hughes sought out to provide a quality service to the youth in the Blacksburg area, while providing a valuable recruiting tool to his program. In Coach Hughes five years at Virginia Tech, he has seen and signed thirteen players out of Hokieball Prospect Camp. Hokieball Youth Camp has seen a Blacksburg youth team make it to the Cal Ripken World Series, in which ten of the players participated in Pete Hughes Baseball Camp.

We take great pride in how we run our camps. We set out to provide each camper with a quality learning experience. Our top-notch staff provides a positive reinforced atmosphere to help campers of all ages realize their full potential.

This sport camp is owned, controlled and operated by Pete Hughes, the head baseball coach at Virginia Tech. The word "Hokie(s)", or any other reference to Virginia Tech are by permission of the University, and do not indicate, express or imply in any fashion involvement of the University in the operation or control of the camp, whose sole operator is Pete Hughes.
